Southern Witchcrafts Autumn Ash Shaving Soap is a vegan shave soap with a quintessentially autumnal scent. Dark and resinous, Autumn Ash is spicy, dirty, smokey and sweet and perfectly captures the scent of damp autumn air.

Scent notes: Maple, spice, smoke, amber, cedar, oud, rain, plum, blackberry, ash, birch tar, pumpkin, coffee, earth and mildew.

Ingredients: Water, stearic acid, shea butter, castor oil, potassium hydroxide, glycerine, coconut oil, sodium lactate, sodium hydroxide, jojoba oil, aloe powder, liquid aloe, isopropyl myristate, kaolin clay, fragrance.

Delivery

What a fantastic aroma

Opening the tub the scent just hit me like a sledge hammer. As other have said it's just the smell of autumn. Absolute fantastic aroma. Probably one of the strongest scents of all my soaps.
As for performance lathered easily in my bowl and produced a thick shiny slick lather with good cushioning.
Post shave the scent stayed on my skin for a considerable time.
Definitely will be replacing this when it runs out.

Amazing Autumn winter scent

This soap in the embodiment of Autumn the first thing it reminds you of is leaves burning in the garden of an evening. Off the tub you do get the smoke scent right away when lathering the other scent notes start to come out the sweetness of the maple as well as a touch of spice.

This is defiantly one of those soap you need to matching splash as it helps bring out more of the scent. I would rate this on the higher scale of scent and for life of the scent I've been able to smell it on me the next day.

Slick and smooth - and matches the name

If you like the scent of an autumn bonfire then this is really going to float your boat!

The soap lathers quickly into a creamy delight that paints on with ease. Nice slick feeling as the razor does its work and a fairly gentle, but complex scent is left on the face afterwards and you can detect all of the notes listed (happily not so much the mildew!).

To get the full experience you'll need to pair it with the splash though...
