Shipping policy

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday on the same working day. Any orders placed after 4pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. No orders will be dispatched on bank holidays.

Postage rates (International)

We use a number of international couriers depending on your delivery address, order size, value, weight etc. For the most accurate shipping rate, please add the desired items to your cart and use the shipping estimator tool at the bottom of the cart page.

Brexit, EU orders & import taxes

For most European Union destinations, all applicable VAT, import duties and customs charges are collected during checkout. Orders with an intrinsic value of up to €150 are shipped using the EU's Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, while orders above €150 are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that, for the vast majority of EU customers, there is nothing further to pay when your order arrives. Please note: Royal Mail does not currently support DDP services to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovenia. Orders to these countries follow a slightly different process. Full details can be found on our EU Shipping & Import Information page.
