Shaving Soap

Wet shaving enthusiasts will often claim that a Shave Soap is superior to a Shave Cream. This is largely down to the fact that Shaving Soap came first and like with any true enthusiast, the oldest way will always be the best way. It may be true that a Shave Soap last a lot longer than a Shaving Cream, but lathering up with a Shaving Soap will require a bit of practice. The method is very similar to lathering up with a Shave Cream, except instead of scooping the cream out and applying to the brush with your finger, you will need to wet the brush and use circular motions directly onto the soap to load the brush before moving over to your shaving bowl or face.
