Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. For the return to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether or not it has been accepted. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. The refund will not include your original postage charge.

Exchanges

Should you change your mind, the quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and return the item you have already ordered.

How to return (UK)

You can create a free return label and arrange for Royal Mail to collect the return from your address for free by using this link. No printer needed. Please ensure all items are well protected and either collected by a uniformed Royal Mail staff member or dropped to a Royal Mail delivery office as responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

How to return (International)

To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you send the return through your local post office using a tracked service and that you ask for a proof of postage. Please ensure all items are well protected as responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. The return postage charge is also your responsibility.
