We don’t flog any old crap to flip a few quid, instead, we share the opportunity to buy the products we use ourselves and trust to do the job they are supposed to do. We test every single one of our products and use them everyday, so rest assured if it isn't slick, you won't find it on our site. Being a Slickboy isn't about conforming to any specific group, fashion or subculture. It isn’t about dressing a certain way or having a particular haircut. It’s not about age or position. It’s about individuality and respect. We just do our own thing and people like that. The difference is, we give men who already know how they want to look the products they need to do so, not the other way round. We always look after our own, so if there’s something you think we should try then just get in touch, we’d love to hear about it. 2. ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS - £4.50
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class mail the following working day. This often includes delivery on Saturdays.
3. ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED 1PM - £8.50
Special Delivery orders must be placed before 3pm to arrive the following working day. Special Delivery orders which are placed on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International Delivery rates are calculated on a country-to-country basis. International Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your delivery address. Please note that we do not ship to every country worldwide. If you would like to enquire about International Delivery timescales to your country of residence, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return it. We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, in the case of partial returns) by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned unused and in perfect condition.
4. HOW TO RETURN
- Fill in the returns note included with your order and include this in the package.
- Re-using the original packaging if possible, tape the parcel securely and attach the address label included in your parcel. To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that you send the return through your local Post Office using a tracked service and that you ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. The return postage charges are also your responsibility.
- You can expect to receive a refund within 7 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

2. WHEN I SEND A RETURN BACK TO YOU, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Once you have posted your return back to us it can take up to 5 days to reach our warehouse – when it arrives we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods it may take a little longer. For more information on returns, please see our Deliveries & Returns section.
3. WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to any third parties. Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with the services mentioned above, for example shipping agents in connection with the delivery of goods, media agencies for distribution of newsletter and credit reference or debt collection agencies for the purpose of credit rating checks, identity checks and debt collection.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Slick Boys Ltd (“Slick Boys”, “us” or “we”), at the Slick Boys website or mobile website (jointly referred to as “slickboys.co.uk”).
By using slickboys.co.uk and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on slickboys.co.uk.
In order to shop on slickboys.co.uk, you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. You must also have a residential address in a country listed below to make an order. We do not ship to the overseas territories marked as ‘excl.’ in brackets below.

2. PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed on slickboys.co.uk include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge. If the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order is changed after the order has been made, the change will be reflected in the price of items without you being notified.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.

3. ORDERING/CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The ordering options available to you are via slickboys.co.uk only.
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest chance. If we have already received payment for this order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. Sometimes alternative arrangements may be necessary, in which case our Customer Service representatives will contact you to settle the refund.
Slick Boys will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. We always endeavour to deliver your order to a residential address, post office or pick-up location. Please note, we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territories, British Virgin Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, St Helena, Ascension, Tristan da Cunha, Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia, South Georgia and the South, Sandwich Islands, Turks- and Caicos Islands.
Slick Boys will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes about 3 – 5 working days. (Monday – Friday)
Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within a thirty-day window from placing the order. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout.
If you have given us your email address, you will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery details.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact our Customer Service team.
5. WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER
You have the right to cancel or return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received, without any obligations from your side, apart from the return postage fees.
If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include Slick Boys standard delivery costs and exclude the cost of the return of the items.
If you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice via email to our Customer Service team. You can also fill in and submit the standard form issued by your local Consumer Rights Authority. In each case, it must be sent within the 14 day period as outlined in section 5.1 above. After this, you then have an additional 14 day period to return the items to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below. We will then provide a refund, attempting to use the same method that you used to make the payment. We will do this as soon as possible. At the latest, the refund will be given within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, as long as we have received the items or evidence of you having sent them back. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change. This will not generate any additional charges.
If the item you have received is faulty, please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. For any items that we do find to be faulty, we will always provide a full refund. The provisions outlined herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
Slick Boys guarantees either a full refund or to replace any items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order). All we ask is for you to treat the product and its packaging with care - please return items undamaged and unused, with all original packaging intact.
All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. For faulty items Slick Boys will make a full refund to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items.

7. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time that you place your order using a valid credit or debit card. The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods have been dispatched. Slick Boys reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
When paying by PayPal, Slick Boys reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. Slick Boys reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The currency used is British Pounds (£). VAT is included in all our prices.
Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques.
8. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
Slick Boys is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Slick Boys website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
10. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on the Slick Boys website remain with Slick Boys Ltd. Any use of the Slick Boys website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Slick Boys.
