We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same working day. Once we have received your order, it can take 3 – 5 working days to reach you. We will keep you updated as much as possible. Once you have posted your return back to us it can take up to 5 days to reach our warehouse – when it arrives we’ll make sure to send you an email. The refund will then be arranged for you. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods it may take a little longer. For more information on returns, please see our Deliveries & Returns page.

If your discount code isn’t working, please try the following…

- Check that the code is spelled correctly and no extra characters or spaces have been included.
- Check that the promotion criteria has been met e.g. Is the promotion out of date or has the minimum spend requirement been met?
- Try emptying your browser’s cache.
- Contact our customer service team who will be able to assist you further.
